Frequently Asked Questions

The rooms are all non-smoking, as are the pools and pool decks. However, we do allow smoking in designated areas such as the parking lot, on the private balconies, and in the grassy medians.

We have an indoor and an outdoor pool that are both heated year-round to 86 degrees. We also have a hot tub.

All activities and amenities are provided.

We offer a variety of rooms with fully equipped kitchens. All rooms without kitchens have a mini-refrigerator and a microwave.

We have an eight-story building and a two-story building. Most oceanfront rooms are in the eight-story and only four are in the two-story building.

With the exception of documented service animals, pets are not allowed at Sun Viking Lodge.

At this time, guests can cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. 

There are several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and many more within a 10-minute drive.

Our eight-story tower has two elevators; the two-story building does not have any elevators.

Daytona Beach International Airport is 15 minutes away, Orlando Sanford International Airport is 45 minutes away, and Orlando International Airport is 90 minutes away.

We are approximately one hour away from the historic city of St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando attractions are approximately one-and-a-half-hour drive.
